Clinical Staff

Ciara O'Reilly, MS, is a Mental Health Clinician at Doria Therapeutic Group, PLLC. She holds
a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercy University and brings a
personalized, holistic approach to therapy, grounded in empathy, trust, and collaboration.
Ciara specializes in working with individuals navigating trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, life
transitions, grief, pre- and post-natal challenges, and both personal and family experiences with
substance use. She is passionate about helping patients build the strength and courage to create
the life they deserve.
With the belief that having life is a privilege, but how we live it is a choice, Ciara is dedicated to
providing her patients with the tools they need to regain confidence, clarity, and dignity. She
strives to meet each person where they are, recognizing that no two paths are the same, and
devotes time to listen with compassion and understanding.
Ciara is committed to maintaining a high standard of care by holding herself accountable to
being her best self. She values self-care and encourages it in all its forms, whether that’s
enjoying a workout class, grabbing an overpriced coffee with friends, or taking long walks with
her dog. She integrates this passion for self-care into her clinical work, promoting balance and
well-being in and outside the therapy room.
