Dante Daniels is the Intake Services Coordinator and Data Specialist at Doria Therapeutic Group, PLLC, where he plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth patient onboarding, efficient administrative operations, and strong data infrastructure. A retired U.S. Naval Officer and graduate of the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Dante brings a powerful combination of technical knowledge, strategic leadership, and operational precision to the mental health field. With over a decade of military experience managing high-level logistics, streamlining workflows, and leading cross-functional teams in complex environments, he now applies this expertise to optimize internal systems and coordinate administrative functions at Doria Therapeutic Group. His technical skills include Python, C/C++, Java, SQL, cybersecurity, and advanced administrative platforms, ensuring secure, efficient, and well-organized practice management. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science at Iona University, Dante focuses his studies on neuroscience, data-driven methodologies, and computational systems, applying this evolving expertise to enhance clinical operations and improve provider effectiveness.
In his role as Intake Services Coordinator, Dante serves as the first point of contact for new and prospective patients. He manages the referral and intake process, verifies insurance coverage, and ensures all necessary documentation is complete prior to clinician assignment.

By coordinating patient placement with the appropriate provider based on clinical needs and availability, and by maintaining accurate records and data systems that support compliance, billing, and quality assurance, Dante streamlines intake workflows to reduce delays and enhance the overall patient experience. His leadership in intake coordination ensures that patients feel supported and guided from their first interaction with the practice, while clinicians are equipped with the information and resources they need to deliver effective treatment.
Beyond his technical and administrative responsibilities, Dante is deeply committed to service and mentorship. He volunteers his time mentoring students from underrepresented communities in STEM, offering guidance in education and professional development, and collaborates with the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities to help individuals and families navigate services that promote independence and well-being. With his rare blend of operational leadership, data science expertise, and dedication to community impact, Dante Daniels is instrumental to the continued growth and innovation of Doria Therapeutic Group, PLLC. His commitment to excellence and equity supports the practice’s mission of delivering high-quality, patient-centered mental health care to every individual served.

Dante is a New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD)-approved broker available to support individuals and families with Self-Direction services.
