Dante Daniels is the Office Administrator and Data Analytics Specialist at Doria Therapeutic Group, PLLC, where he plays a pivotal role in supporting both the administrative operations and data infrastructure of the practice. A retired U.S. Naval Officer and graduate of the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Dante brings a powerful combination of technical knowledge, strategic leadership, and operational precision to the mental health field.
With over a decade of military experience managing high-level logistics, streamlining operational workflows, and leading cross-functional teams in complex environments, Dante applies this expertise to optimize internal systems and coordinate administrative functions at Doria Therapeutic Group. His technical skills include Python, C/C++, Java, SQL, cybersecurity, and advanced administrative platforms, ensuring secure, efficient, and well-organized day-to-day practice management.
Currently halfway through his Master of Science in Computer Science program at Iona University, Dante focuses his studies on neuroscience, data-driven methodologies, and computational systems. He applies this evolving expertise to enhance clinical operations and develop systems that improve access to care and support provider effectiveness. His interest in neurophysics and algorithm development aligns with the mission of the practice, supporting holistic, patient-centered mental health care through innovation and precision.
Beyond his technical and administrative roles, Dante is deeply committed to community impact and mentorship. He volunteers as a mentor for students from underrepresented communities, offering guidance in STEM education and professional development. He also collaborates with the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities, helping individuals and families navigate services that promote independence and well-being.
