Clinical Staff

Nicoleta Grieco is a Mental Health Clinician at Doria Therapeutic Group, PLLC, currently
practicing under clinical supervision. She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health
Counseling and Wellness from New York University.

Prior to her graduate studies, Nicoleta received two bachelor’s degrees from Montclair State
University, one in Child Advocacy and Policy and the other in Psychology. With over eight years
of experience in the mental health field, she has worked in a variety of settings including mental
health clinics, substance abuse programs, human trafficking services, and foster care agencies.

Nicoleta has supported individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges,
including Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Schizoaffective Disorder, ADHD, Anxiety, OCD,
Substance Use Disorders, and Co-occurring Disorders. She is experienced in providing both
individual and group therapy and is known for her compassionate, client-centered approach.

Outside of her clinical work, Nicoleta enjoys spending time with her family, exploring different
genres of music, participating in outdoor activities, and cheering on her favorite sports teams.
She is also passionate about giving back to the community and has volunteered with various
organizations, including several years of service as a volunteer EMT.

Nicoleta’s empathy, professionalism, and commitment to helping others make her a respected
and valued clinician in the field of mental health.
