Adalila Wilson is a Mental Health Clinician (Limited Permit) at Doria Therapeutic Group, PLLC, currently practicing under clinical supervision. She holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is passionate about providing trauma-informed, culturally sensitive care. Adalila integrates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Strengths-Based Therapy to support individuals, couples, and families in achieving their mental health goals.

Prior to entering clinical counseling, Adalila gained experience working in community outreach and support services, developing a deep understanding of the challenges faced by diverse populations, including underserved and marginalized groups. This background fuels her commitment to creating an inclusive therapeutic environment where every patient feels valued and empowered.

Adalila specializes in treating anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship challenges, emphasizing personalized treatment plans that focus on resilience and growth. She believes in meeting patients where they are and fostering a collaborative therapeutic relationship that encourages healing through self-awareness and skill-building.
