Group Services Coordinator

Erin T. Royman is the Group Services Coordinator at Doria Therapeutic Group, where she oversees the organization and coordination of group therapy programs while ensuring patients and clinicians receive the highest level of support. In this role, she assists with scheduling, patient communication, outreach, and the smooth facilitation of group services that reflect the practice’s mission of holistic, patient-centered care.

Beyond her current role, Erin is a compassionate victim services and criminal justice professional with more than a decade of experience supporting survivors of crime, trauma, and abuse. She has served as a Rape Crisis Counselor, Domestic Violence Advocate, and Patient Rights Advocate, providing crisis intervention, court accompaniment, safety planning, and access to critical resources for diverse populations.

Her career has been built on collaboration with hospitals, courts, law enforcement, and social service agencies, where she demonstrated her ability to build trust, navigate complex systems, and amplify the voices of those most in need. Erin holds certifications in danger assessments, human trafficking response, and trauma-informed care.

A graduate of Pace University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology, Erin combines her academic training with her extensive frontline experience to bring both compassion and practical expertise to her work. She is recognized for her empathy, strong communication skills, and unwavering commitment to empowering individuals and fostering safer, more supportive communities.
